Cisco Support Wiki Launches

Cisco Support Wiki (CSW) launched on March 27, 2008. CSW is Cisco's first external facing wiki and provides the Cisco community a collaborative platform for solving technical support issues. The CSW team seeded the wiki with over 35,000 articles at the time of launch, and that number grows each day. Users are encouraged to add and edit content. Questions should be directed to the CSW team.
