Content Review Team

The purpose of the Content Review Team under the Governance Model is to ensure that any content issues or violation of terms of use that may arise, are documented, prioritized, and addressed appropriately.

The Content Review Team collaborates with other internal teams for the continued maintenance and upkeep of the Cisco Supportwiki system and its content taxonomy. The teams involved in content moderation process help to identify content issues to assess, track, escalate, resolve, and notify the users on their updates.

During the Beta release, the Content Review team will be able to determine:

• The volume of contributors that Cisco can expect in the future
• A way to protect the system from unwanted or harmful content
• A mature process to ensure that content adheres to stated Terms of Use
• Provide of real-time oversight and monitoring of the Cisco Support Wiki site
