Resolution Your device might not support 128-bit encryption. The data sheets for the Cisco Aironet Wireless 340 Series and 350 Series products provide information on supported encryption key lengths.

The data sheet for specific model numbers for products also give Wired Equivalent Privacy (WEP) capability information.

Note:If you plan to create a 128-bit WEP link, please note that Cisco products only interact with other Cisco products.
