Content Creation Issues
The security software used by Cisco Support Wiki may read some content as malicious script and prevent it from appearing. The following is a list of known items:
® symbol
Links with a ® symbol (like IOS®) cause an internal server error.
Update: This is a result of siteminder now the wiki system. Siteminder detects the symbols as a cross site attack, we are going through these and replacing the characters.
Wiki mark-up proximity to links
In creating a named link, failure to leave a space between the link and a name in bold will cause it to be read as malicious script.
Recent Changes Log Delay
Note that the "Recent Changes" list has a delay the pages you update are "locked" temporarily so no one else can edit them. This is by design and works as expected.
