NFC Netflow Collector does not collect flows

Solution #

Check with a sniffer tool if the NetFlow Collection Engine (NFC) router is sending flows to the NFC Collector, as shown:

# snoop foo.cisco.com 9999

If the packet capture is not showing any neflow packets, check the netflow statistics and configuration on the NFC router:

# show ip cache flow

Make sure the ip flow-export command has been issued on NFC router.
